Parent and Student Technology Support

River Delta Unified has partnered with DataPath in order to help all parent reciever the support they need in a timely manner.

If you are having a technology issue, please follow the following steps.

1. Visit the Parent and Student Technology Support page.  You may find the resources to answer your questions.

2. If you are unable to resolve the technology issue, please send an email to dlhelp@gafe.rdusd.org.

  • Please include:
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Specific details about the issue(s) you are experiencing.
  • Anything you have tried so far to resolve your issue.

This email will generate a work ticket for our River Delta Unified Technology Support Team.  These tickets are reviewed multiple times each day.  Either a representative from River Delta or DataPath will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided.
