Statement of Economic Interest: Form 700

River Delta Unified School District is a Multi-County Agency and do not file forms directly with the FPPC. E-filing is not available for filers for River Delta Unified School District. Once you have completed the Form 700 the original cover page and supporting documents are submitted to the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of the River Delta Unified School District at 445 Montezuma Street, Rio Vista, CA 94571.

Please remember that an original signed form is required. Email faxed or copies are not acceptable.

The filing deadline is April 1st of each year, unless April 1st falls on a weekend or federal holiday, in this case the Form 700 is due the first business day following April 1st. Late filers may be subject a financial penalty and being reported to the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC).
