Where do I enter the student log in information on the Chromebook?
On some Chromebooks, when the computer is open the screen will look like this:
If you see this screen click, "Sign in with different account." That will bring you to this screen:
Enter your child's username and then his/her password.
The Chromebook says, "You are not authorized to use this device. Please contact the administrator for sign-in permission."
Please contact River Delta's Tech Support. River Delta's Tech Support will need to reset your Chromebooks user permission.
Please provide River Delta's Tech Support with serial number for the Chromebook. That serial number should be located on the sheet of paper that you received when picked up the Chromebook. If you are unable to find the sheet of paper, power on the Chromebook, and before you log in hold down the keys "Alt" and "V" on the keyboard simultaneously. On the top right of the screen you will see "SN" followed by the serial number.

In oder to properly connect your home devise there are steps that you must take:
1. What devise are you using?
• Clever will not work with most tablets. The only exception is an iPad. (iPad instructions)
• We recommend using the browser Google Chrome
• We recommend installing the Clever extension with Google Chrome.
2. Navigate to the River Delta Clever Homepage.
3. When you arrive at the River Delta Clever Homepage click the “Log in with Google” button. Enter your son/daughters email and then password.
4. If you have followed all the steps above and you are still unable to connect please contact the River Delta Tech Support.
I type in the username and password and it is not working.
First, River Delta Unified recommends using the Google Chrome browser. The student log in is the student's Google log in, therefore it will work best with a browser made by Google. The link to download the Google Chrome browser.
Next, when logging into Clever for the first time, using Google Chrome, you should be prompted to download the Clever extension. Do this. It is very important for the Clever system to work correctly.
After clicking the link to the the river Delta Clever homepage, you will come to this page:
The log in information is the student’s Google email address and password. Click, "Log in with Google." You will then be prompted to enter the username followed by the password.
If you are using Google Chrome, and have already downloaded the extension, everything should work properly.
If you are still struggling, please contact River Delta's Tech Support.
